Shipping Policy

All wholesale orders are processed after submission. Once your order is received, it enters our processing queue. Within 24–48 hours, you will receive a detailed shipping quote based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Orders within Ontario over CAD 2,500 (before taxes and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.

We will confirm and arrange the delivery date with you before shipping your order.
If you decide to postpone the delivery after the date has been set, any additional storage or redelivery charges will be your responsibility.

We do not cover inside delivery services.

Please note:

• Shipping times and costs will vary based on location and order volume.
• Expedited shipping is available upon request and will be quoted separately.
• Orders will not be shipped until the shipping quote is confirmed and approved.
• Products that we do not have ready stock of will require a procurement period. If this applies to any items in your order, you will be notified with the estimated timeline before shipping proceeds.

• Internationally sourced items do not qualify for free shipping, regardless of order value. All freight charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees for internationally sourced products are the buyer’s responsibility.
